Terms of Service
Last updated July 4, 2026
These Terms govern your organization's use of Nomosyn's platform and the legal services delivered through it. By connecting an app or using the dashboard, your organization agrees to these Terms.
The service
Nomosyn provides software that connects to apps you authorize, an AI agent that scans connected content for potential legal issues, and access to a licensed attorney assigned to your organization who reviews and signs off on guidance before it is shared with your team.
The attorney-client relationship
Your attorney-client relationship exists with the licensed attorney assigned to your organization, not with the Nomosyn software itself. The AI agent surfaces potential issues and drafts for attorney review; it does not independently provide legal advice, and no guidance is considered final until your attorney has signed off and pushed it to your dashboard.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for authorizing only the connected-app scopes you intend to share, for the accuracy of information you submit through requests to your legal team, and for acting on time-sensitive guidance within the SLA windows shown on your dashboard.
Confidentiality
Both parties will treat non-public information exchanged through the platform as confidential, and will use it only to perform the services described in these Terms and any applicable engagement letter.
Limitation of liability
Nomosyn's AI agent is a monitoring and drafting tool, not a substitute for attorney judgment. Except as set out in your engagement letter, Nomosyn's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement per the notice period in your engagement letter. Upon termination, Nomosyn will disconnect all authorized apps and retain records only as required by law or professional-conduct rules.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state specified in your engagement letter, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
